Jesse Fray is director of operations at Jones Advisory Group, where he leads efforts to strengthen internal operations, support team development and enhance the client experience. In this role, he works closely with colleagues to improve processes, align team efforts with strategic goals and help ensure the organization continues to grow while maintaining the high level of service clients expect. Jesse brings nearly two decades of leadership, communication and organizational experience. Prior to joining JAG, he served as news director at KSNT in Topeka, where he led one of the region’s most influential newsrooms and oversaw major community initiatives. His career also includes leadership roles at KCTV5 in Kansas City and 6News in Lawrence. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Jesse is passionate about building strong teams, improving organizational systems and helping professionals perform at their best. His background in leadership, communication and operations provides a unique perspective in supporting both the JAG team and the clients the firm serves, helping ensure the firm operates efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on client relationships. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and remains deeply connected to the Kansas communities where he has lived and worked throughout his career.
