Kaylee Hier is the Marketing Coordinator at Jones Advisory Group, where she supports the firm’s marketing initiatives and helps strengthen its brand presence through strategic communication, client engagement and creative content development. In her role, she collaborates with team members across the organization to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate projects, and contribute to efforts that support the firm’s growth while enhancing the client experience.
Prior to joining JAG, she worked as a Program Manager on the Events Team at Advisors Excel, where she helped plan and manage educational and networking events designed to support financial advisors. This experience strengthened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, with a minor in Leadership, from Kansas State University. During her time at K-State, she developed a strong foundation in marketing strategy, communication, and leadership that continues to influence her work today.
Outside of the office, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending time outdoors, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. Most of all, she loves making memories with her husband, Hunter, and their two dogs, Bishop and Jordy.
